Delete your MangoPort account

This page explains how to request deletion of your MangoPort account
(developer: Amazing Ideas Lab) and the data associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open MangoPort and sign in with your Google account.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Your account and associated data are removed immediately, and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email ufamax.apps@gmail.com
from the Google account you signed in with, subject “Delete my MangoPort account”.
We verify the request against your account email and complete the deletion within
30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
- Your user record: email address, display name, and profile picture URL.
- Your pairing/friendship data: the peer you are connected with, the paired-since date, and your shared active-hours schedule.
- Your server-side recording-consent decisions associated with those friendships.
- Your stored subscription status and Google Play purchase token held by us.
MangoPort servers never store the content of your video or audio calls — live
media is end-to-end encrypted between devices. Optional Premium MP4 recordings are
stored only in the folder selected on the recorder's device. Account deletion cannot
remove files from another person's device and does not delete recordings on your own
storage; the device owner must remove those files separately.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Security / abuse logs (including the IP address seen at connection time)
are retained for up to 30 days for fraud and abuse prevention, then
automatically purged.
- Transaction/billing records required for tax, accounting, and
Google Play policy compliance are retained by Google and by us only as long as the
law requires. These do not include your payment instrument, which we never receive.
Cancelling your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
Manage or cancel it any time in the Google Play Store → Subscriptions, or at
play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
